Yes, because I will get a chance to know them and can encourage them to get a job and if they are not unemployed sometimes it may not be their fault.
I would depending on the situation under which the person is unemployed, for instance if the person is ambitions and dedicated and is seriously trying to look for a job, of course I would date that person.
