All websites that end with "org" are not from the US government.They are just intermediaries who work for money. You will be notified by mail from Kentucky or even get a phone call from them whether you are still interested. It's not an easy job to comply with all requirements. Your interview at the embassy at Barbados it's just the beginning of a long and costly process. But it's possible.
