The singer Springer is alive! Quick! Bring him his supper - the Government PR job he is dying for.

Why is The Voice not proof-reading this man's writing? Week in, week out, we get the same baloney. Here are just a few examples:

"At this juncture let me be succinct when I say that in the future I many (sic) have reason to agree with those doubters if the procastination should materialise".

"This special good news has already been aired sometime ago"

"I now go on to ask a simply (sic) question"

"Because of the Government's inability to have a reliable Public Relations PR that is nonexistent (sic)"

"A leadership challenge will not materialize when they (who?) have the opposition on the back pedal (sic)". Readers, have you ever heard of a back pedal?

"..they must be people he can trust who understands"(sic).

Springer is so much in hurry to put licks on Kenny and the SLP he will not take the time to proof read his articles. Or is it that he simply cannot write properly?

You're right. You missed others like, "when we are told the world which world are we talking about." No question mark. Besides how many worlds are there?

"The Prime Minister must now begin to show he is a visionary leader, especialy on crime". (OMG!)

I just wish Springer would give his poppycock a rest

Why, too much Viagra?

Well, when you have Kenny providing all this viagra to the flambeaus these days, you have to understand why so many are aroused.

It's a shame that Kenny could not simply issue an apology to the country and move off this subject.

To the VOICE....we don't like this way of blogging, it's kinda pushing us aside.....undemocratic WE think.

I agree with Springer wholeheartedly that King is definately the better one for St. Lucia at the moment.

The problem with the UWP is that their king makers are not performing.

What is Fredericks doing with the Housing ministry ? Can he not get things going ? What is happing with the Roseau development that had so much promise ?

What is Buosquet doing with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs ? In the New York office they have an idiot embarassing St. Lucia on a daily basis and being paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to make St. Lucia look stupid in the UN. The stories coming out from this character are unbeleivable. How is Buosquet helping King to make things better for St. Lucia ?

If Springer used Microsoft Word to type his articles and then use the spelling and grammar feature upon completion, he would at least see the spelling errors and correct them before publication.

However, it is the grammar and sentence structure of the article that would pose a huge problem for him. Once the program tells you that a particular sentence is gramatically incorrect or badly structured, correcting the sentence would probably take him a considerable amount of time and he will never meet the publication deadline.

I do not wish to be brutal in my criticism, but quite frankly the man cannot write a lick.

Well, enough said, Denise is indeed a menace

Sorry Mr. Springer, what is the role of the "crime force"? In what manner you expect that force to impact the crime problem.
And how will turning the Prime Minister into a sloganeer will negate the crime problem?

I'm sorry for expecting you to be a policy wonk. Please stop the drivel it's begining to be disgusting

Yes, te more I read Springer the more I know he is nothing more than a hungry party hack. There was once an attempt to seem impartial in his commentaries (e.g. when he used to do them on DBS) but now he is nothing more than a blatant, unapologetic propagandist for th government. If that is so, then I must continue to question his ability to continuously maintain a column in this paper. Is this columnspace paid for by the UWP or is the Voice okay with beig associated with his writings? Its probably hard on Springer that there are now so many new government PR faces paid for by our taxpayer dollars and he still can't get a bread.
