Pelay, this award from the Queen is just another feather in that ol' cap of yours that covers that brain of yours that has served this country so well for decades.
Yor remarkable achievements have their own special place in our local and Caribbean history and we are the luckier for owning tou.

Apart from the brilliant and rewarding music career you have had, Pelay, I admire you even more for the tower of strength you have been our people with diabilities. Man, you have been at the forefront for change in that regard. Thanx, Jeff.

I can appreciate your award, you have done more to build than to destroy. Keep it up, unfortunately it is an awarded which has been bastardized since they give it to Rick Wayne
