People must have regard for there safety but equally police and event organisers must also regard health and safety of people at these events; I ask is a risk assessment carried out to minimise risks to citizens, thats the least that should happen. I was at the Socca event at the street party on Friday, it was scarry I am surprised no one was squashed to death, sadly notice is usually taken only when there is an incident.
