It is high time St. Lucians see the back of guys like Rufus Bousquet. He has a track record of scandals stemming from the UN scandal, Taiwanese funds fiasco, Baywalk ($114 000 per month) rental and now putting money in his personal account.
I am truly fed up with this character and similar ones to him. A new government needs to investigate him and perhaps his colleagues and ensure they are charged (money laundering, embezzlement of funds etc).

2. Is Cheryl Francis, who is a signatory to the certificate of incorporation of Atlantic University Inc, described in the registered certificate as a Telecommunications Executive, the wife of Attorney General Rudolph “Doddy” Francis?
3. Is there a historical relationship between the Attorney General and one Vernon Viera (also spelt Vierra), a Lawyer of Frigate Bay, St. Kitts who is also a signatory to the certificate of incorporation of Atlantic University Inc. and does that relationship date back to the period when Mr. Rudolph Francis worked in St. Kitts?
4. Was due diligence done on the principal persons associated with Atlantic University, particularly Mr. Vernon Viera, whose record of fraud amounting to millions of dollars, is well documented in the courts of St. Kitts and Nevis?

It is with even more painful disappointment I read most the comments from bloggers which is very partisan in defending such corrupt behaviour detrimental to fair Helen and all citizens.
People it is time we all remove our political tinted glasses and call a spade a spade. We must demand and define the standard of accountability, performance and intergrity from all political parties and individuals seeking to serve our country.
We have clear evidence of corruption, mismanagement, kickbacks, secret contracts, etc which has and continue to cost we all as tax payers and citizens. This has significant impeded our development as a people and a nation over many years under both administrations of UWP and Labour in office.
I look forward to the day when I can read more objective blogs and when we all St. Lucians ensure our politicians and public servants are held accountable regardless of which party in office or the individual supports. It is only then we can and will see significant progress in the advancement of our country.
Not only to the advancement of st lucians but take ahard look at those running and who is best qualified to advance our cause domestic, around the caribbean and the world and vote for the best.
Do like me. Take a part of the Pie Rufus has to offer; then vote him out on election day.
