Higher Than Normal Electricity Consumption for Some

Does that mean that Lucelec do not read the meters every month.I can understand the logic behind the agument but in reality it is not always so.For instance in the month of july I had guest home so we used 2 fans instead of one that was up to the 19th of july when my wife and son left for the states on holidays.The bill for july was $220.
In August I received a bill $208 not much of a difference.But the difference is my wife is a teacher and my son a student which means they were both home for 2 weeks of the holidays.I am at work Monday to friday,which means that the bill should have been much less,as only the fridge remains on,the tv goes on for 1 hour during lunch and maybe at 5pm when i get home,if not 7pm for the news until 11pm for the latest.Therefore my bill for August should have been much less.I am of the opinion that Lucelec is using this senario to over charge people by using what they think the customer will use during these month according to the average of what they use monthly.Its time to get an alternative source of electricity in st.lucia.Lucelec is killing us in the name of profits for their share holders including government.
