No he was not stupid he operated at a well known eye clinic in the north, and the owners of that clinic most probably led him to believe that they obtained the necessary permits etc. They are the ones that need to be looked into as unsuspecting patients are paying for the services of "dubious" doctors - all in the name of making a fast buck off unsuspecting St. Lucians.
1. Is the company which hired this doctor assisting the police? 2. Why is the company nameless? 3. Why should we assist the police if the company won't? 4. Are the police 'AFRAID!!!!' of the company's lawyers. 5. IS THIS HOW WE RESTORE CONFIDENCE????

The "eye clinic" should also be held responsible for employing the "doctor". How come no mention was made of a warrant for their arrest as well?
He must have come good with "credentials" to the eye clinic ... who knows?
As for the patient, it is sincerely hoped that she gets her deserved compensation. Hope she has/gets a good lawyer!!
