Question, what is being done at present by the institution to facilitate rehabilitation of Ms.Thomas.I have followed this case carefully and is delighted by the ruling. Too many times young people are given life sentences without being afforded the chance of rehabilitation.

Delighted by the ruling?? I don't get it do you think the family of the deceased will be so delighted. Such a poor choice of words as there is nothing to be delighted about in this tragedy. All of this could be avoided if we taught our young people conflict management.
