Both DCA and Health depts. have become very meticulous in perusal of plans lately; this can be frustrating at times but we need to take a broader view of these developments. The name of the game these days is global standards, inclusive of OECS standards and even Caricom's. So when when we speak of SL Building Code perhaps we should talk of OECS, CUBIC or even world level UBC. This is where DCA is heading at present so all professions better get their acts together and get registered by at least regional standards.
