This is very true! It seems that all this election is about is who has more money to spend on the campaign. And is this not what the definition of a politician is? It seems that neither candidate has the interest of the regular citizen in their views. Ever wonder why there are more and more people throwing their U S citizenship in the ditch, politics is why! This used to be a country to be proud of, but now and in the recent past, it seems that more and more are very ashamed of it. Sad but true!

A thought provoking article. I do however take issue with the statement that America is a great democracy, nothing about it is democratic, in fact it is well known that the Hawks run things over there and they are the supporters of the Israel's. I feel they should look to other countries for research, politics, economics, health care and dare I say it socialsit principles. This is a 'Have' society and they don't care about the have nots, a bit like St Lucia really.
