Josie:

We are aware of your sick mental condition, but do you have to try so hard to prove to us that you need to be placed in asylum for the Criminally Insane. Enough already! drink a gallon of herbicide - go away!

You already stabbed Earl in the back - just go and eat his flesh at the "Emergency Meeting" for Ghouls - you dammed cannibal from Marchand - a first for Lucia.

John Compton is calling you; please we know you have conversations with brother George, but do us a favour, go and join John Compton.

My memory recalls a fleet of Korean “Pony” vehicles that were donated to the SLP government during the 1979-80s; Kenny Anthony was the minister of education then. Anyways, the one assigned to Peter Josie was PA1, commonly referred to in the local dialect as “political ass number one!” The most lasting shock for me since viewing Kenny Anthony’s self portraits is the thought of Saint Lucia having two PA1s. A third one is in the making and getting better as time passes.

The ink was not dried on my last letter when the reality TV show of new Flambeaus began airing an interview with Peter Josie. That episode was a scorcher, to hear Peter Josie bray at the top of his voice like the donkeys next door. My immediate thought was there he goes again trying to distract the people of Saint Lucia like he did in the 70s and 80s. He missed out on every opportunity to redeem this country and was eventually dumped in Vieux - Fort by the SLP.

I can also suggest that his vices and virtues are in part responsible for the political environment in Saint Lucia today. I believe Saint Lucia is still under siege from the missteps and failed promised of the 79-80s era circulated by the likes of Peter Josie. Someone should prove me wrong on that and to answer why Allen’s UWP is wasting time on a dull political donkey that thinks through his sick mind that he is still in control of the politics of Saint Lucia.

There is a saying: (moun nan ki te ede ou achte bourik la ansent se pa yon sèl la ki pral ede w manje li) the person that helped you buy the pregnant donkey is not the one that will help you feed it. This time around that pregnant donkey has infiltrated new Flambeaus without a delivery date. To make matter worse, it is lockstep in trying to saddle an overgrown pony as the next prime minister of Saint Lucia.

With my hearing aid on I could not believe hearing Peter Josie say that Stephenson King should have been fired soon after the July convention. I was terrified, looking around calling the wife, to double check what I just heard. After all, Allen Chastanet bought the leadership of the UWP. My little birds have also informed me that part of that deal was a promised job to Peter Josie… go figure. This is the same Peter Josie that Stephenson King helped put bread on his table with numerous favours and, as a director of Winfresh, traveling the world and living large. Oh boy, Saint Lucian politics is really thankless. I must agree this further cements Peter Josie’s label as the Judas of Saint Lucian politics. A distinction awarded to him for service during the 79-80’s era.

Peter Josie’s performance on national TV is another great shame to Saint Lucian politics, along with the political quarrels of the 79-80’s era that stalled the island’s progress much to his credit. The watchmen have told me he is enjoying the chairmanship of the UWP Gros Islet constituency council. His other co-conspirators include Oswald Augustin, general secretary of the UWP, and Catherine Sealys, WIA secretary.

Oh no, am not splitting hairs. I have very little left. These new Flambeaus and their elite executive have now saddled the UWP with lazy political donkeys for a ride on an overgrown pony that is working to earn the same distinction as PA1 “political ass number one!”
