The full lot of f--ing jackasses that make up the current UWP are so dumb that they are unaware that the mandate from the voters supersedes any crap that they may call their constitution.

Those MPs on the BOTH the majority ruling party and those on the opposition benches, having won in their ridings can at any time, without reference to any party sanction can make representation to the GG to remove the leadership in the PARLIAMENT.

Sitting MPs can remove either of those without the blessings or in opposition to either party's hierarchy. What a bunch of f--ing idiots!
