SLASPA operates like a government within a government; answerable to no one but itself. The government (Phillip J. Pierre's ministry in particular) behaves like an agency of SLASPA; instead of the other way around.
Was that speech delivered in the' mother's tongue'?...see, Phillip has the habit of excoriating others for not using the people's ' mother tongue'- whatever the hell that is, while raging passionately....well, in the queens' tongue?...so much for this glass house villain!
