Not sure here. The commissioner has said a lot, but then not much. Apparently the ID was based on fingerprint evidence as he refers specifically to nothing else. No reference to if DNA was successful in actually establishing a match or not.
If so why it took 6 months just for fingerprint comparisons and why through a retired local officer and Grenada police? Do we not have competent fingerprint officers working in the force
It just shows, what kind of government, stlucia has, how could you build a fornensics lab and not have specialist, who are train competently to oversee search matters,
Always crying the government dose not have an y money Yet the government can give them selfs, search lavish salaries.

9.36 I don't think the st lucia police force and forensics dept are any good unless your throwing money at them! then you would get answers!
