Who will enforce this law - "No Smoking in Public Places"...
I witnessed a guy being attacked in the Rodney Bay Area, after he returned from withdrawing money from the Nova Scotia Bank. There was one of this policemen in Blue Tshirt Uniform, chatting away to a young lady, meanwhile casting glances at the guy being attacked - AND NOT ATTEMPTING TO HELP THE MAN...well, this gentleman was good for his part. The same weapon that was being used on him, fortunately, he took away from the thief and attacked him, held him down and he called the police.
The policeman in the Blue Tshirt uniformed never came to his assistance...
So again I ask, who the will enforce this law. The policemen - give me a break!!
