M.G. you have hit the nail smack on the head. It is deplorable what is happening with the vending situation. The City Council should follow through with whatever rules they are attempting to put in place.True the vendors have to care for their families etc, and may not be able to be otherwise employed, but I think that perhaps if the surroundings are made more attractive,that may be translated to more sales for them,because the customers will be more comfotrable shopping.
