'Held for days without food' does
not make sense, it's impossible I say. We have to wait for the results of the investigation before pointing fingers.

while we try to determine the possibilities of the situation, I am concerned that whether or not the sex was offered are requested in return for any favors, it is immoral, unethical, unprofessional and against all principles that an Officer who through his employ has committed such an act in a Government's office, on Government compound on someone who is in the care/custody of the State. The state is responsible to protect someone whose freedom is confined by their authority.
