So my old friend "Abdul" is gone. I don't know if he ever told any of you how the nick name Abdul came about. We and a few others who attended the old Methodist School next door to the Methodist Church gave each other nick names. My old pal, the younger of the two Ferdinand brothers had brutal nick names. Cuthbert and I were very close, and when we met after all these years, he called me by that nick name he coined, and I too responded likewise. As kids, he thought he was the tough guy on the block. He liked to fight, and did engage in many brawls. But we had mutual respect for each other. I have fond memories of each other, Boxing, Weight lifting, and he was a good cook too. I know by the grace of God we will meet again, but till then Abdul, I have work here to do. If you meet up with your brother "Pinkook" say Hi to him for me. I am the man who beat you at "Arm wrestling".

Ruff F. Phillip,

If you read this response, I'd like to know about you. I only knew 11 of his children (all boys); never knew a daughter. I grew up in Micoud and knew the family well; Actually his son, Carol is my age, and Casin is a good friend.
