There is absolutely NO reason why this matter had to reach the courts. The Constitution is very clear in this matter. Why then was the Constitution not followed? Whomsoever is responsible for taxpayer money being lost so needlessly should be held accountable and should be surcharged. This is UNACCEPTABLE.
The bungling of the inept AG is the reason why taxpayers oney is being frited away like it's small potatoes.
I am wondering whether Frederick bought his law degree and did he bribe someone to letting him pass the bar. This guy has done nothing exemplary since he assumed this position. He's an embarrassment to the legal profession, the government, and the country at large.
Please Sir, do the right and honorable thing, resign.
The government continues to loose cases in court not only here at but also in New York. Consider the Helenites Property. The government is currently spending thousands of dollars in the New York State Supreme Court to defend a liability case in a default sale of the property. The judge in NY will rule that the government will pay excessive damages when the verdict is in.
This government continues to fight a losing battle.

St. Lucians should not talk they get what they voted for. Like RICK WAYNE once said St. Lucia is an island full of jack asses. They may be academically inclined but they are not intelligent especially MICOUD people.
The government continues to waste tax payers money fighting and subsequent losing every court battle that it faces. Although the AG is definitely incompetent, how feasible is it to defend someone who obviously is guilty but just goes through litigation to maintain their egos? Not even the great Johnie Cochran could have successfully defended these criminals. and oh yes its time Guy Mayers comes clean on his son's (Samuel aka snuffy) gang and drug ties and why he was sent overseas.
THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD MAKE SATNEY PAY FOR THE BRAND NEW LANDROVER HE DESTROYED BY USING IT TO CARRY SAND WHILE BUILDING HIS HOUSE AT CA EN BAS...HOW ABOUT THAT ?????
Satney learned from his superiors - namely GOVERNMENT MINISTERS.
When a particular UWP Government Minister's Jar-bal, side piece, jump-off (or whatever name they are called these days), wrote off a new SUV in the dead of night, did you sought to write to the Government to have her pay for it.
Two wrong does not make a right. If Satney did that, it is obviously a wrong and a lack of judgement, considering he was a permanent secretary...why only advocating for Satney to pay and not the minister and his concubine...short-sighted!!
Rick Wayne is phony …Rick Wayne is fronting with his writings on politics, his real agenda is pornorgraphy and is using his readers, commentators, wanna be female models, politicians, the contributing writers and the st Lucian public as pawns in his game of smut.
Not deviating from the subject of Government downfall in the court system only to consider the comments herein; there seem to be an itch in our society for personality complexes and to some extent, character disposition. Consider the fact that some noted names are synonomous with a concealed identity.
Consider:
Learie changed to Rick.
Rufus change to Bruce.
Both changes were made in a country other than their birth place. Now consider, was the change for ID concealment or for baptismal resentment? Either way, the inclination is mistrust & distrust.
None the reports I have read so far have made any mention of the reason for Mr Satney's dismissal. As a St Lucian living overseas and not in touch with events, I am keen to know. Could someone please elaborate?
