Why can't Constantine stay out of the politicians talk, and leave it to the politicians, my friend, politicians come and go, but you job is here to stay. He reminded me of Regis, when the criminals were filmed threatening the police. What Regis did was to go on the media blasting the journalist, having him to be fired instead of taking steps against the criminal. Now look at Regis today, they kick him out of his job. So Constantine must be careful as a little corporal, because the SLP main point was not about him Constantine or the police, but about the UWP who is boasting about crime reduction just about a week after the commissioner was changed. When we had so many crimes happening which was not reported to the public. Not only murder is crime. These criminal are very smart, whiles the police are running around in Marchand, Graveyard etc the criminals are having a field day elsewhere robbing and raping our people.
No. The SLP must learn to behave itself. You can say on one side of your mouth you want to solve crime without politcs and on the other side of your mouth you casting BS on the police. SLP must not fight crime with politics. Please for heavens sake give the country a fighting chance and stop rejoying or getting mad when you don't hear people dying.
The deal with the SLP is very simple. The more St LUcians that is killed that better their chances they believe of getting to power.

WHy are some people so bias? Which party won election by blaming Kenny and the labour party for crime? SLP never rejoice about crime in this country. Which other party have done more towards crime in St Lucia than the SLP? Please tell me what has the UWP done towards crime in St Lucia. Which party is saying that politics should not be in crime, and they are trying to take praise for crime, when there is not a killing for a weekend, but they fail to report the other crimes. SLP do not need crime to win the next election.

What is the uwp plan? If you do not know or pretend not to know what the SLP has done, then you are not interested in St Lucia. Which fail ideas are you talking about? Is the forensic lab a fail idea? Look around St Lucia and you will see the rest. Yes Kenny went down on his knees begging the criminal, but they do not like him anyway because he build a secure jail to lock them away. I do not believe that there are to many people like you in St Lucia, who is impressed with the UWP. If you are so confident tell King to call election now and you will see what i am talking about.
If the SLP have to depend on crime to win the next election, well they have already won because we all know that the UWP do not have a clue when it comes to crime fighting in St Lucia. We are not even half of the year yet and we already have a RECORD number of MURDERS and we are not even talking about other crimes like robberies, muggings etc. This is the first time in our history a TOURIST SHIP PULL OUT OF ST LUCIA BECAUSE OF CRIME. People instead of typing nonsense on this board, please think of what is happening in our country.
All of the crap you talk about were already in place when he went on his knees. Fighting crime is not only about building prisons and just throwing money into law enforcement without thought. Dr Raymond was a staving professor in Washington, if a professor in the USA is staving, then we all should stop going to college and universities and lime on the block for 9 years like King. Dr Raymond was a professor and has a doctorate in economics but where has King worked or before he was in government? What is King qualified it? Can king get a job anywhere out of St Lucia? Which era of PHD we ever had in St Lucia? What does King bring to the table? We do not need people only to govern and just go through the motion. We need people who can think, formulate and implement proper policies so that our country will grow and to be a force in the world, as small as we are.

Why are we trying our best to talk nonsense on this board. You quote a survey 2004-05, which (5) five years ago, we are now in 2010, so by now the salary has increased significantly. You also said professors get paid according to rank, therefore a Dr will receive more as in the case of Dr Raymond. I have to laugh, because how comes somebody who was receiving as much a US$68,500 five years ago is staving. I wish i was staving that way, i hope you are receiving more than that.

What are you talking about? Please let us have some constructive conversation on this board. If we have a semi literate J.A as our PM and another St Lucia who can make some sense offer himself to help develop his country.
