operation restore what?
Unfortunately, the younger generation are desensitised about the value of LIFE!!
Further, their brains just cannot wrap around the fact, that a vehicle is a LEGAL (!!??) LETHAL WEAPON!! Yes, a vehicle SHOULD BE considered a lethal weapon.
Do our traffic policemen issue speeding tickets? I have run into a few of them who do not even KNOW the traffic rules and regulations (e.g. telling me that I should stop at a junction on a major road!!).
Added to the fact, that family values do not matter anymore, and further, the youth do not seem to have any "identity" - no one and nothing to "follow", but negative American and Jamaican influences.
*Sigh* ... Sa pou faire!!
