Kenny has no shame!
He was trying to sell our country through the back door, and that's low.
i'm sick of this whole Gynberg "smoke-screen" fiasco. It's like a little children playing he-say-she-say while Kenny is not saying a word with the exception of threatening to take people to court.
There are other issues that need to be addressed...unemployment, economic growth, and social development needs.

What I want and needs to hear about is job creation, not about a nonsensical political issue.

I am a Saint Lucian living overseas and i have been following this issue since it was spoken of recently. First of all, I am quite aware that government must have certain matters that should be kept in confidence. This matter appears to be one of government confidential issues. Secondly, why are we hearing about this issue now when it was well known by King and his cabinet since 2007. Even the later Sir John Compton knew of it according to Ausbert and Earl. Then why is it such a big issue all of a sudden. How long did it take King and his pitbull Fredrick to read this agreement and understand what it was all about.
It is obvious that this present government left this matter which was suppose to be a confidential issue of government business to make it public just before election time to use it as a election campain issue.
Do governemnt no longer have matters which is classified as confidential. And if so why is it in law that people have to take an oath to keep certain issues of government in confidence?
What wrong did Kenny Anthony did by seeking to discover whether or not St. Lucia have oil something that i always wonder why government do not try to do. And if oil was found would it have been an issue that kenny dig and found oil or would King have said that he found oil?
Really, this whole Grynburg affair is not sticking and it is more than obvious that when Kenny invested heavily in his people, it was intended to make them wiser than that King and his associates are trying to portray.

While we are looking at the moral and ethical bankruptcy of both political parties in St. Lucia I notice that no one is commenting on the investigation by FIFA on the bribery of officials in the Eastern Caribbean including St. Lucia.
It looks like the corruption of both the SLP and UWP is just part and parcel of the general mindset.

Was it legal for the Prime Minister without Cabinet or Parliament approval or without the signature of the Governor General to sign off on an asset belonging to the Government and people of St. Lucia ? As in rights to explore for possible oil under the seabed ?
Was not one of the key players in this sordid affair not the same person also involved in the illigal transfer of St. Lucia Government property in New York during the Kenny Anthony Administration ? Is not this person also a member of the St. Lucia Labour Party ?
Earl Huntly advised that he was asked to keep certain documents pertaining to this trasaction? Is it legal to hold in your personal possession documents that pertain to Government business ?
It appears that the SLP Administrations of 1997 -2006 were replete with instances of questionable legality and this is just the things that we have been able to find out.
If this present Government were logical and competent I would be amazed at how much more corruption pertaining to those years that we would have continued to uncover.
