Sans honte, close to a year since Tomas, nothing has been done to roads in Soufriere...why - didn't you expects landslides?

Where are the monies given by friendly donor countries to help rehabilitate St. Lucia?

Baffles me, sans honte...that Rufus Bosquet is abled to live in a $2 million condo/house at Rodney Bay on a minister's salary. Is his paycheck enough to service a loan, if any, of $2 million dollars?...Where did he get the money for that condo?
