Let The Debate Begin

n essence, what the nation needs now is constructive dialogue on matters of social and economic policy and we should never forget that it is only through productive dialogue that our people will recognize their realities and the importance of voting for what they believe to be acceptable or realistic.
I am still waiting to hear PM King and Dr. Raymond engage in a debate. Dr. Raymond has asked PM King on more than one occasion for a debate but he is playing like a true coward.
Mr. Kings refusal or non-response speaks volume to what the general public think of him--an incompetent, semi-literate PM. That label does not sit well with me for the PM of my country. Mr. King should accept Dr. Raymond's request and set the stage for more debates among politicians.

Neither of the two large parties in St. Lucia seem to have a clear economic and social message.
