Is this murder or suicide? Sounds a bit sketchy.
Based on neighbors evidence as well as the teacher, it is a very difficult case to comprehend. If the young man hanged himself, then the health authorities will be able to determine the level of friction on the neck.
Second the other confusing point is how he was found on his knees. Was the tightness of the rope taut enough to support his weight and friction to cause the shutting off oxygen to the body ?
It is a sad situation when we have 13 yr olds hanging themselves. What does this say about the state of our country. Violence has increased in st lucia and i believe that we are not doing enough for the young people. We need to set a better exemple
