The following is very clear.
John Compton obviously felt that it must him and him alone who must appoint the individual HE feels St. Lucians must have as their Prime Minister.
It was also his belief that the individual he chose would according to one previous instance, like in the case of Vaughn Lewis---have pedigree.
Clearly, we must now ask ourselves, Who is that individual that Compton had as his Heir to Compton's perceiv ed Fiefdom?
Was that person in Compton 2006/2007 Administration.
How well does that indiviual know Terrence Leonard? Are they close friends?
Is that Heir apparant "very close friends?" with Terrence Leonard's second wife?

I do not agree with Peter Josie in his description of Richard Fredericks as some iteration of a emancipator or any sort of glorified representative. Mr. Fredericks is bad news and represents the degredation of black communities all over the world. He is an indecent and vicious human being who should neve have been afford the opportunity by a voting public to grace the halls of power. He is the perfect example of an indisciplined and wayward people lost and led astray by our liberal elites. His connections are with the debased levels of the drug culture of our society and his actions and mannerisms portray just that.

If America is meddling in our politics, what would you say about the Taiwanese? Giving large sums of money to politicians on the Governing side so they can buy votes in order to retain seats or steal seats from the opposition parliamentarians.
