Finally! Next step....an inter-island undersea tunnel. For CSME to ever be successful governments need to tackle the transportation issues and our dependence on foreign oil. We may have gained "INDEPENDENCE" in '79 but we still beg, beg, beg. and our import bills are too high.

It will be a mistake for any St. Lucian to buy this car. Just google "Toyota Prius problems" and you will see what I mean. In the USA where service is much better people are having trouble with this car, I can not imagine how they will address the problems that owners will havein St. Lucia wherre you get no service for your cars. A new Prius batttery pack cost $2,589 US that is about $6,886.00 EC.

NO, the power company has to produce more electricity to charge the car thereby producing more air pollution.
