its nice to renew calls from norwegian.. but as a nation who promotes tourism.. we should answer a few questions in the interim.. have SLASPA & SLHTA... oversee that all heritage attraction spots islandwide have adequate security so there will not be a repeat of attacks and robberies on cruise ship passengers ....which did occur in 2010 on several occasion.. crime is everybody's business.. last question..when will we hear and see a commencement of construction to expand the port of castries... we want hundreds of cruise ships to come knocking in castries harbour but nothing has changed since 2005.. come on SLP...CREATE BETA DAYS .. U HAVE ENOUGH BRIGHT BOYS IN PARLIAMENT
better days should not be a political slogan but rather a national slogan of a nation striving for betterment on a daily basis. The nation should be educated to the extent where they would be aware that the tourist scampering on the rocks of the Anse-la-raye river is not ricking with money but is rather like us just scraping to afford this vacation... is not carrying wads of cash but rather a card which is useless to the user without the correct pin number... so when you attack a tourist you are in fact attacking your own your own self because we all depend on each others activities to survive or perish. As for security, maybe we should simply build the theme-park styled twenty foot concrete walled protected tourist harbor which have already been proposed; and sanitize tourist-local interaction. The bright boys in parliament are there only as a measure of checks and balances... whatever color. All the bright boys on the island should be working for one common good... the betterment of Saint Lucia.
Yeah! Paint the roof tops all the same colour! They look best that way. We still don't take our tourism standards serious enough. Tourists like things to look clean and new, especially the Americans. Tourism is the product we're selling. Most people don't like paying for a product that looks old, run-down, and dirty.

I agree with Cuthbert, start by painting all the roofs.. they look nasty from the perch of the cruise ship balconies.

What roof tops you guys talking about ? Do we have pride when it comes to appearance ? Check out police headquarters.
Hey! Is the return in some way correlated to the significant decline in murders and executions, since the drug baron is no longer in Cabinet?
Or is it because his faction in the SSU may have lost its political and legal clout?
