The woman/friend you described, for all practically purposes is deserving of the complements and admiration of us less worthy mortals. But what if all these “delightful” actions were done with the intension and desire to be praised and recognized by people in her church, and others; including yourself? What if her actions were to impress Saint Peter, who is a dead man and cannot hear or see her? Or Saint Mother Teresa, that crazy woman, that Christians will soon start praying to for favors? The word “delightful” would have to be replaced with “deplorable”! You see Jason, actions are judged by intentions, and ONLY God/Allah knows what is in the breast/heart of men.
Surah Al-Mulk
Lo! those who fear their Lord in secret, theirs will be forgiveness and a great reward. (12)
And keep your opinion secret or proclaim it, lo! He is Knower of all that is in the breasts (of men). (13)
Should He not know what He created? And He is the Subtile, the Aware. (14)
He it is Who hath made the earth subservient unto you, so Walk in the paths thereof and eat of His providence. And unto Him will be the resurrection (of the dead). (15)
Unless this behemoth falsehood – that God/Allah became man to pay the price for our sins, is discarded and totally destroyed, there will always be confusion with regards to Man and his relation to Allah. One of the Attributes of Allah is Ghafoor = the oft forgiving. I see that your friend is confused, based on this demonic concept that God came to commit suicide, kill himself to pay the price for our sins. Who does god owe? Himself? Satan? What garbage!! The truth is we can never be sufficiently grateful to Allah for His favors to the Children of Adam.(and I don't think the Earth is 6000 years old)
Surah Ar-Rahman In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful The Beneficent (1) Hath made known the Qur'an. (2) He hath created man. (3) He hath taught him utterance. The words “AL”in Arabic is equivalent to the DEFINITE ARTICLE, THE in English. Al-Kitab, is THE book. So the definite article is used Al-Qudoos = the Holy, but when a word begins with a Sun-letter, R, S, D, T etc. the L in AL is not pronounced. So AL-Rahman, is pronounced AR-Rahman, and AL-Salaam is pronounced AS-Salaam
PLANET ILLUMINATED WITH FOUR (SUNS) STARS DISCOVERED – A TOKEN OF ALLAH - NO NIGHT!
Astronomers have found a planet whose skies are illuminated by four different suns - the first known of its type. The distant world orbits one pair of stars and has a second stellar pair revolving around it. The discovery was made by volunteers using the Planethunters.org website along with a team from UK and US institutes; follow-up observations were made with the Keck Observatory.
Surah Ya-Seen
A token unto them is the dead earth. We revive it, and We bring forth from it grain so that they eat thereof; (33) And We have placed therein gardens of the date-palm and grapes, and We have caused springs of water to gush forth therein, (34) That they may eat of the fruit thereof, and their hands made it not. Will they not, then, give thanks? (35) Glory be to Him Who created all the sexual pairs, of that which the earth groweth, and of themselves, and of that which they know not! (36) A token unto them is night. We strip it of the day, and lo! they are in darkness. (37) And the sun runneth on unto a resting-place for him. That is the measuring of the Mighty, the Wise. (38) And for the moon We have appointed mansions till she return like an old shriveled palm-leaf. (39) It is not for the sun to overtake the moon, nor doth the night outstrip the day. They float each in an orbit. (40)

THE DEFINITE ARTICLE, "AL"

We revive it, and We bring forth from it grain so that they eat thereof; (33)
And We have placed therein gardens of the date-palm and grapes, and We have caused springs of water to gush forth therein, (34)
That they may eat of the fruit thereof, and their hands made it not. Will they not, then, give thanks? (35)
Glory be to Him Who created all the sexual pairs, of that which the earth groweth, and of themselves, and of that which they know not! (36)
A token unto them is night. We strip it of the day, and lo! they are in darkness. (37)
And the sun runneth on unto a resting-place for him. That is the measuring of the Mighty, the Wise. (38)
And for the moon We have appointed mansions till she return like an old shriveled palm-leaf. (39)
It is not for the sun to overtake the moon, nor doth the night outstrip the day. They float each in an orbit. (40)
