When is a Saint Lucian not a Saint Lucian? Which Saint Lucians should not be guaranteed equality under our constitution? Pray do tell. We have lived with the remnants of the plantocracy class in our midst for decades since emancipation and one such remnant is our Prime Minister now. How did we let him slip by? I suppose we are more vigilant now and should make sure that this never happens again in the case of Allen Chastanet.
