This is very interesting, the government (UWP? SLP?) pays 6.5 million for an unfinished project.
There is something missing from this report, why is there no mention of when payments made. How can a finance, design and build project be paid off with no delivery? When say the payment made? What are the terms of this contract? These are the just some of the questions we should be asking but from the comments here all we care about is pointing blame.
