I think the ruling was a fair one..it is good as it shows immigration & customs they can not mistreat persons arriving on their shores.
If anything in my view that is what it has done.
Any court of law would have ruled the same.
Unfortunately we all want to improve our islands but when people like Richard Hoad in Barbados writes his weekend article last week I think he is still stuck in the past.
Treat people properly at points of entry to your island.
