Ok. Why does the delivery in part sound like one of our very many stupid politicians who seem now and then, to have accidentally stumbled on anecdotal information? Where are the hard data to support all of statements made? Are there for Christ sake, any solutions forthcoming?

Most importantly, why is the fundamental problem of population growth not given even a passing comment? And why does the writing style look so much like the product of someone who graduated from one of UWI's confounded superficial courses in so-called Caribbean journalism?
