first I am from Micoud. I will never vote for this woman, I am a U W P, but didn't vote for her because the tree takes it's substance from it's roots.
The Rigobert's family have a very scanty and a long family inbr3423ea5436ding history. her grandfather and her father make it their duty to have the Royal-family thing going for them.
Her ma. taught her dad at infant and primary school. if I am going to look for some one to represent me at that level I don't think she is the one. From the time this woman was going to the convent she believe she is a cut above the rest of the ladies in our village. never mix or have anything thing to do with us.

Two days into office and Rigobert already made the biggest mistake of her life by terminating the employment of staff of her own party. To reemploy them after the fact really does not make her any more of a woman. I believe that her reemployment of the two female staff were not done because she has a conscience, but I rather suspect that some reasonable individual(s) tried to put some sense in her about the implications of her action. It is really not all about education my dear; having a doctorate is nothing if you are not a good leader, a good manager or humble. These are skills the doctorate will not teach you.

If she did this on her own accord, then that's bad. If she is merely following orders from what has turned out to be quite a noisy political novice, she is on to a very shaky start.

Sensibly, she should have been well aware that elements in her own constituency consider her leading ... from quite some distance from the rest of them, to put it nicely. Her behaviour so far has done little to improve this perception.
In any service organization like a political party, perception is reality. Her actions and behaviour to date, have not shown any sensitivity regarding this accepted principle.
Remarkably too, she has already started to do "damage control" by emphasizing her sympathies for women as single breadwinners and as heads of one-parent households, by re-appointing the severed workers.
That said, UWP party, if the principals knew anything about the "management of change
" should have recognized, and thereby ensured that any new LOO be given individuals and persons who the LOO would prefer to work with. This comes naturally to sophisticated organizations and people.
This is the expected norm in strategically mature organizations and institutions. By the retention such old rigidities, they being held so firmly in place, we know that the UWP is not one of these.
Therefore, we have firm and concrete evidence just before us by this: the UWP is NOT an agent of change (either political or social); change, meaningful change is NOT inherently part of UWP's organizational make-up and culture. This statement bears repetition!
And for all those expectantly wide-eyed and bushy-tailed, this issue warrants deep thought, and analysis going forward.
It is high time that Saint Lucians pay better attention to the quality of leadership and political representation!

Additionally, UWP has just given the SLP additional political ammunition to further damage UWP's brand, and without relent, UWP's image destruction.

I concur, and it is something I've maintained a long time ago. Labour may say what they want right now but, I'm not too thrilled with what Dr. Anthony have shown me so far.
The SLP in their quest to rape the Treasury and cement themselves as the elites to benefit from their control of the state apparatus have always been very good at keeping quiet their distain for their political leader and his complete incompetence in governance.
In order to ensure their access to the billions of dollars spent under their administrations they have maintained their complete allegiance to their almost communist hierarchy and only speak of their disgust behind closed doors.
I have been there, heard the curse words and disrespect for Kenny as they watch him collapse the St Lucian economy and society. But the millions some of them have made over the years ensures their silence and aquisence to his utter failings.
Following the initial move away from the political centre by Sir John the UWP fell into disarray as the incompetents within the party from Stephenson King down wrecked havoc and prevented the party from advancing as each of these small minded users who profited under the genius of Sir John tried to cement their hold on the party.
Now Chastanet is attempting to fix the rot and the dangerous roro maypyis SLP operatives are trying to undermine the rebuilding of the party. Incapable of building and construction the SLP are doing the only thing they know- destruction, attack, undermining development, raping the states resources. They sold out off for fenwell, grynsburg , cost overruns.
The SLP with almost 30% unemployment will lose the next elections by at least 12 -5. The people are fed up.. The writing is on the wall.
