Everybody is entitled to fair legal representation that they hope will bring the desired results. That is so, even if it means that this person has to get a work permit to do so.

These UWP are just complete asses to even ask that question regarding anyone from the OECS. This party is overloaded with real jackasses. They are really the stand-ins and mouthpieces for the other Saint Lucian jackasses. What a jackass party!
