Well said Claudius. While there may be immunity in the House, the right to pursue this blatant disrespect for the Council, based in certain elements of Constitutional Law, is not precluded. In your capacity as President of the Insurance Council, and in your duty to protect the good name of the Council, you have acted properly. That having been said, it behoves you to properly pursue this matter under the Constitution - the former Prime Minister and leader of the Opposition is supposed to be an expert on Constitutional Law - and make Joseph pay for his unruly and dirty tongue, the same lying "Adventist" tongue that he washed on poor Menissa in 2005-2006. The least you need to do is thoroughly embarrass the bloke, at least this is what we would do with him in London. Donna.
