You seem like you understand economics but you do a horrible job in presenting it. What point was this article trying to convey?

By the way wasn't the inflation rate for 2009 estimated to be -0.8% ? You wrote
"There is no chance of real deflation happening in China. None. The Strength of China’s Banking System makes it impossible."
