The best days of this moribund local body is behind it. Not that it ever was in the forefront ... leading any spectacular national goals. When a body can claim to have such pathetic underachievers and people with no smarts like Guy Mayers as its leader, we know now, why the local or indigenous component of the private sector mainly commission agents, in St. Lucia account for little more than the jokers in a pack of cards. There is hardly any human capital there of note.
