Section 124 of the Constitution does serve as a glossary for understanding some of the terms used in the document. I am still though unable to find exactly what is meant by 'nominated'. I am asking the questions for clarification purposes. We were born inquirying minds.

The point of this article is best summed-up in the word of the Late John George Melvin Compton as heard on the agenda on Wednesday. "We are governed not by men but by law" If this is no longer true of our nation, then our democracy is in trouble.
