I cannot understand the need for a pre sentencing report. There is an eye witness, the child has given evidence. Apart from jailing him have him enter a sex offenders programme and when convicted put him on a sex offender register that should be started like day before yesterday.
Man these disgusting sons of b...s need some serious punishment. Give him 100 strokes. Tie him to a poll and have the young girl cut it off. Is high time these men become afraid of the consequences of their disgusting crimes!!!! Leave the young girls, let them grow, leave them in peace!!!! Am sick and tired of it.
