Single Caribbean Sports Academy to ensure future World Champions

If the governments of the Caribbean islands do not now understand that there is strength, will-power, and foot-power in numbers, they never will.
Each little island cannot achieve anything on its own.

To set up one "Single Caribbean Sports Academy" will not happen because I anticipate the all important issue will be: who will be THE LEADERS of the people in the academy?

Jamaica is a bad venue if that were possible.
