Prudent management ! Are you crazy?

this is the government that borrowed over $1 billion at the hight of the housing bubble in the USA and Europe and only had 1% growth on average to show for his profligacy.

this is the individual who could have rochamel and Grynsberg as his signature excesses and yet after 10 years we are still clueless.

He is a narcissist who thinks he can do what he wants as long as he can "explain" it with endless blather.

And we lucians just suck it up.

this year he has thrown all caution to the wind - borrowing $450 million !!!!

It is ridiculous to expect this government to solve the economic mess inherited from the previous administration.
Minister Pierre is correct in stating that this situation was caused by the incompetence of the King government.
Eight months into government, the SLP government are now becoming aware of the colossal task their have undertaken
The PM is correct to adopt stimulation approach.

Phillip Pierre has been the stooge to the incompetence of his political leader for the past 16 years.

All he has even done is back up the unwillingness of the Political Leader of the SLP to admit he knows nada, nothing, zilch about finances and how the markets work.

Simply put Kenny has the audacity to describe himself as a Keynesian economist when this has spectacularly failed in the US and Europe over the past decades. Look at the hole Obama has placed the Americans !

Look at how the European liberal elitests in Brussels and in their Governments are struggling to extricate themselves from their mess.

When Kenny leaves finally St. Lucia will have a JUNK RATING for its bonds and be unable to borrow on the international or regional market. Look at Belize already down to junk ratings.

Woy Woy me jab la Kenny and Tony!!

Every Tom, Dicks and Hairy should be made to declare their assets and the manner in which they acquired them. Believe me: A large majority of them have pulled it off without a sweat. On this island. You prosper ONLY when you know someone.

The truth is we are in a home and getting into a deeper hole. As usual, the politicians will come and go and they will leave the messes they create for our children and grand children to suffer.
