Shouldn't that be the UWP candidate for the constituency...
I thought Mr Pierre was the costituency representative for that constituency.
I think that would be a mistake to characterize Mr. Mayers as such as there is only one duly elected constituency representative.
This is a wonderful thing that would benefit the young people of East Castries and there is no harm in exacting some political capital from the gesture but please be deferential to Mr. Pierre.
Mr. Pierre is the Parliamentary representative for the constituency. In theory, both Mr. Pierre and Mr. Mayers are constituency representatives in respect to their respective parties.
