Anonymous said...: We must send a strong message to the drivers in St Lucia that we will not permit persons to drive without the required valid drivers licence or driving an insured vehicle. What if an Easter Sunday Carnege again? Who would take responsibility? Why will I insure my vehicle and ensure that I pay my drivers licence and some persons get away with it? Oh my word!!!!.
