Micah Micah, what do you expect from King? The speed of the leader is the speed of the pack ok. And please the word leader DOES NOT belong to Stephenson King. Look up the word leader in your dictionary.
Saint Lucia, its time to throw in the towel on this government. I listened to the budget actually expecting some creativity and belt tightening but I got no real sense of that. In fact, what I gather is that nothing really has happened for the past year and the government is simply a waste of time. I'm ready to take to the streets to protest. There comes a time when being passive equates to absolute stupdity and I think right now we've gone way past that point.
I fully agree with you Micah. The only things happening in this country are done by the Taiwanese! They are the UWP saviours! The thought of Sir John cursing them has also crossed my mind. The P.M should know that he is dealing with adults and he should not treat them in this way! Why on earth didn't he call the unions and explain to them. Initialy, he used the 14.5% increase to score political points and was too ashamed to face the fact that he could not pay it.Can't our P.M stand up like a man?
St.Lucia under the UWP has become a cesspool of corruption. The unfortunate thing is that the few people, and the principal organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce ,the Church and certainly the Hotels Association that have been ever so vocal when the SLP is in office are now silent in the face of so much rot in the society.

Could we have more facts and less unsubstantiated opinion in your analysis?
After all the nonesence they did to Compton. I won't be surprise if in death he indeed cursed them.
