Perhaps the CSA should consider spending some of its money on advertising Saint Lucia so that its members will retain their hotel jobs.

When has the CSA ever made any contribution to the efficiency of St. Lucia and helped with our quality of life.
Their only claim to fame is for "workers rights" which is no different than the run of the mill pprocess that has taken place in every democracy the world over. What have they done that would not have be done almost as a natural process as in every other democracy?

Have they ensured the efficiency of the Public Service ? Absolutely not !
Have they helped to ensure the self sustainability of the St. Lucian economy ? They do not even contemplate that in their deliberations.

Do we get value for money for the huge hole in the budget funded by taxpayers money and borrowing in the name of taxpayers that pays for the Civil Service ? The majority of St. Lucians will say a resounding no !

So when David Demacque wants to comment on anything in this country he should first show some kind of real leadership and get his house in order first. From country to country in the developing world we have these kind of blowhards who are born live and die and there is nothing we see that they have done for the people except words words and more words.
