Louis Murray, I commend you for such logical piece. It baffles me, really, that the authorities are allowing people to peddle and plow their wares in an area such as this.
The gutters at this place are filled with coconuts shells, plastic bottles of all makes and sizes; etc.
Unfortunately, as you rightfully pointed out, unless there is tragic death(s), absolutely nothing will be done...business as usual.
What pride we have!!
The so called STEP haters, that is where they came in useful. They use to keep the country CLEAN. Ask the incompetent uwp, why did they stopped STEP. Do not complain now.
