Pirate boat operators seek unlawful redress

It is unfortunate that "pirate boat operators" have absolutely NO REGARD for some hotels' priorities, and they blatantly flaunt their ignorance of water sports business understandings.
This is where the SLHTA, the Ministry of Tourism, and possibly the SLTB, be sensitised to this blatant behaviour of these ruthless and obnoxious "pirates" of the hotel fronts.
I have seen them on countless occasions in front of the St Lucian and Bay Gardens hotels offering their "services" for outrageous fees to hotel guests. Unfortunately, The St Lucian and Bay Gardens do not seem to have a proper business-like Water Sports facility - so of course, all and sundry are out to make a buck.
If all the hotels on the northern waterfront, including Sandals, make a conscious effort to curtail these "pirates" - or even gainfully employ them, maybe some redress could be realised. Probably with the efforts of the aforementioned entities.
When ruthless, irresponsible and corrupt Governments successively allow the likes of Butch Stewart and Michael Chastanet to believe that St. Lucians must be more grateful to them, than they to St. Lucians, their behaviour to both St. Lucia and St. Lucians must eventually come to an unpleasant head, as this one.
Check their assets, utilised to make profits, here in their business operations. Check the level of their profits. See the volumes placed abroad. Check what the average worker in St. Lucia makes as take-home pay from Butch Stewart or Michael Chastanet. And ask yourself who should be more grateful to whom?
Kenny Anthony, and I must refer to him, because apart from John Compton, he is the only other Prime minister who spent sufficient time to change the status quo, from the John Compton days, and instead, emulated Compton.
Kenny Anthony, amidst much furor from the St. Lucian Public, allowed Butch Stewart in buy out all the hotels he cared to buy out. Putting all our economic eggs in one basket. We saw what Butch Stewart did to our St. Lucian hotel workers, days befor the 1996 general elections. But are we enlightened as a people, when Allen and Michael Chastanet, are hell-bent to providing yet more scope for butch Stewart in St. Lucia. Butch Stewart is not granting us not one damn favor. We are granting him. Because many others can do what he is doing if we allowed others in. But legitimate business companies won't engage in kick-backs or grease hands, they will tell politicians where to get off.
Barbados refused to allow Butch Stewart to buy out hotels black-is-white, as he wanted, at the same time, on the other hand, the jack-ass Kenny Anthony who has never been any brain in business, finance or economics, allowed our country to have Butch Stewart, as an albatross, around St. Lucians' necks, and for that, and other things, he is being relegated to the same status as Stephenson King and the ruthless John Compton. They will get a rude awakening with a coalition government come the next general elections. We the rank-and-file St. Lucians, civil servants, police officers, bank staff, nurses, teachers are come to our eye-balls.

Give it a try?
