This is highly inconsistent with an administration that has difficulty paying its recurring expenditure and bills.

Where is the expected productivity increase going to come from to justify the expense?

Micah, to be honest, the business of Government stinks so bad, in so many places, all at once, that I have even given up on aanlyzing any issues put fprward, heere, the newspapers, the radio, etc. I just feel with the disastrous state of affairs, we should just have an interim government. We should not allow the country to disintegrate any further. help, help.help.

Listen, while as you know I always give strong support to your articles, given the unusual objectivity you contribute to the old biased, one-sided, Guy Ellis style Voice newspaper that I used to know, I should inform you that you have left out a very, very important ingredient in this particular piece.
